PAUL N. WHITE-DAVIS

Paul N. White-Davis, Esq. is a former State Prosecutor and Employer/Insurance Company Defense Attorney, who now uses his experience and skills to fight for the injured. He has over 20 years of trial experience.

Born in Brooklyn, NY to Jamaican immigrants, Paul White-Davis moved to Florida in 1982. He attended Lake Brantley High School and graduated with a B.A. in Politics from Rollins College. While in college, Mr. White-Davis attended a summer internship with the United Nations Enviornmental Programme (UNEP) in New York, NY. Mr. Paul N. White-Davis earned a Juris Doctor from the University Of Miami School Of Law, where he also spent a summer studying abroad at the University College London (UCL) Faculty of Laws.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998, he then returned to Central Florida and worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2007 Mr. White-Davis worked as a workers’ compensation insurance defense attorney at two of the most prestigious defense firms in Florida, defending employers’ and insurance companies against workers’ compensation claims. Finding that work unfulfilling, Mr. White-Davis decided to take what he learned in the criminal court rooms as a prosecutor and what he learned defending insurance companies to fight for individuals whose lives are affected by accidents, injuries and disabilities.

Mr. White-Davis is a member of the Florida Bar, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, is a Master in the William Wieland Central Florida Workers’ Compensation Inns of Court. He was also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Rules Advisory Committee of the Florida Bar from 2013-2018 and on the Board of Directors for Florida Workers’ Advocates (FWA) from 2016-2019.

Mr. White-Davis has spoken as a panelist at the Florida Workers' Advocates' 2019 Annual Education Conference; was a CLE co-presenter at the William Wieland Central Florida Workers’ Compensation Inns of Court and has lectured on various topics involving case management of workers' compensation claims to carriers.
